📋 Description
• Serves as a messenger and conveyor of faith, mission, and purpose • Makes brief visits to company worksites regularly (usually weekly) to interact with employees • Provides referral service and acts as coordinator for specialized assistance • May assist in planning and conduct funerals for employees or immediate family • Works with companies to serve notifications of death and serious injuries • May provide post-termination care for laid-off or terminated employees • Provides literature and other resources to assist employees with life issues • Participates in new employee orientation to explain the Employee Care Service
🎯 Requirements
• Ability to work as member of interdisciplinary group in an interfaith setting • Effective listening and interaction skills with clients, employees, and their families • Spiritual maturity and commitment to a Christian lifestyle and MCHAP Ministry values • Ability to interact professionally with diplomacy, patience, and courtesy with diverse groups • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Skill in analyzing information to define and follow up on problems or objectives • Computer proficiency using Google Suites, Microsoft Office, or equivalent • Must have active state driver’s license and state minimum auto insurance
