📋 Description
• Serves as a messenger and conveyor of faith, mission, and purpose • Interacts with companies, their employees, and the community • Makes regular visits to company worksites to interact with employees • Provides referral service and acts as coordinator for specialized assistance • May assist in planning conduct or attending funerals • Works with companies to serve notifications of death • May provide post-termination care for laid-off or terminated employees • Participates in new employee orientation to explain the Employee Care Service • Responds positively and assertively to other duties requested by leadership
🎯 Requirements
• Ability to work as member of interdisciplinary group and in an interfaith setting • Skills to effectively listen and interact with clients, employees, and their families • Spiritual maturity and commitment to a Christian lifestyle • Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills • Demonstrated skill in analyzing information to define and follow up on problems or objectives • Demonstrated computer proficiency using Google Suites, Microsoft Office, or other equivalent software. • Active state driver’s license and state minimum auto insurance required
