📋 Description
• Serves as a messenger and conveyor of faith, mission, and purpose • Interacts with companies and their employees and builds relationships of trust • Provides referral service and coordinates specialized assistance to employees • Works with companies to serve notifications of death and serious injuries • Participates in new employee orientation to explain the Employee Care Service
🎯 Requirements
• Ability to work as member of interdisciplinary group • Skills to effectively listen and interact with clients, employees, and their families • Spiritual maturity and commitment to a Christian lifestyle • Demonstrated ability to interact professionally with diverse groups • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Skills in analyzing information to define and follow up on problems • Demonstrated computer proficiency using Google Suites, Microsoft Office • Must have active state driver’s license and state minimum auto insurance
