📋 Description
• Serves as a messenger and conveyor of faith, mission, and purpose. • Interacts with companies, their employees, and the community. • Makes regular visits to company worksites to interact with employees. • Provides confidential pastoral discussions for various personal issues. • Works with companies to serve notifications of deaths and serious injuries. • Participates in new employee orientation to explain the Employee Care Service. • Responds to other duties and services requested by executive leadership.

• Ability to work as a member of an interdisciplinary group and in an interfaith setting. • Skills to effectively listen and interact with clients, employees, and their families. • Skills to deliver community presentations, deal effectively with family members under stressful circumstances. • Spiritual maturity and commitment to a Christian lifestyle. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Demonstrated skill in analyzing information to define and follow up on problems or objectives. • Demonstrated computer proficiency using Google Suites, Microsoft Office, or equivalent. • Must have active state driver’s license and state minimum auto insurance.
