• Interacts with company employees to build relationships of trust and friendship • Makes regular visits to company worksites • Conducts confidential pastoral discussions with employees and families • Facilitates spiritual enrichment activities (not lead) • Provides literature and resources for life's issues • Participates in new employee orientation
🎯 Requirements
• Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary group • Skills for effective listening and interaction with clients • Spiritual maturity and commitment to a Christian lifestyle • Strong communication skills, both oral and written • Demonstrated skill in analyzing information for problem-solving • Proficiency in Google Suites, Microsoft Office, or equivalent • Active state driver’s license and insurance required
