📋 Description

• Make inbound and outbound customer contacts • Answer customer questions and sell appropriate products and services • Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve issues • Research systems to find missing information • Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues • Complete account management tasks using systems and technology • Document and process customer orders accurately • Follow required scripts, policies, and procedures • Protect confidential and personal information • Escalate customer issues to appropriate staff and managers • Attend meetings and training • Review new training materials and stay current on program knowledge, systems, and process changes • Meet attendance and work schedule requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older • High school diploma or equivalent • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills • Ability to type 20+ words per minute accurately • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) • Basic understanding of Windows operating system • Reliable attendance and punctuality • Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues • Conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation skills • Customer service orientation • Ability to multitask, stay focused, and self-manage • Strong team orientation and customer focus • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based • Must be willing to submit to a Level II background and/or security investigation with fingerprint • Must be willing to submit to drug screening
