📋 Description

• Apply receivables to the Cash Receipts Log, QuickBooks, and finance trackers for all lines of business • Post transactional line-item cash into proprietary systems based on pharmaceutical-company remittance details • Reconcile payment details to financial tracking rates to identify discrepancies and missed revenue opportunities • Communicate discrepancies to accounting • Contact pharmaceutical companies to verify payment remittance details • Review, interpret, and discuss client remittances for data accuracy • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's Degree highly preferred • 1 year work experience in a medical office, hospital, clinical research or pharmaceutical corporation preferred • 1 year work experience in a position requiring exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills • Advanced knowledge and experience with all MS Office products including Excel • Basic financial operations knowledge including general ledger and cash system functionalities • This is a remote position based in the US; relocation assistance and visa sponsorship are not available
