📋 Description

• Support research finance operations by performing financial analysis, reporting, and day-to-day operational activities related to oncology clinical research programs • Maintain research finance team operational and workload tracker, and drive data review with team to support program operations • Own resolution of assigned financial and research billing queries related to research billing • Analyze research billing inquiries to identify root causes, recurring trends, and opportunities to reduce rework or prevent future issues • Own development, revision, and maintenance of research billing guides, including amendment research billing guides, and related finance documentation • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Operations, Finance, Compliance, Revenue Cycle, and practice-facing stakeholders to support compliant research billing processes

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Operations, or a related field • 4+ years of relevant experience in research finance, clinical research operations, healthcare finance, revenue cycle, or a related field • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Foundational understanding of clinical research operations and regulations
