📋 Description

• Lead consultative sales engagements across Medically Integrated Dispensing (MID) programs • Develop and present comprehensive business cases, including pro forma financial models, implementation roadmaps, and operational strategies • Drive adoption of MTCS technology platforms and software solutions • Partner with account executives and sales teams to support enterprise customer acquisition and growth strategies • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, customer-centric solutions • Educate internal stakeholders and customers on specialty pharmacy business models and economics

🎯 Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent clinical credential required • 4+ years of relevant experience • Experience in specialty pharmacy and/or Medically Integrated Dispensing • Deep expertise in specialty pharmacy business models and operational performance • Knowledge of accreditation processes (ACHC, URAC) and 340B programs • Strong financial acumen, including development and interpretation of business cases and financial models
