📋 Description

• Responsible for management of multiple projects throughout all lifecycle phases • Ensures all project work is completed to client expectations, ensuring quality deliverables on time and within budget • Serves as the principal liaison with clients to ensure effective and timely communication of project progress, issues, and plans for resolution • Provides leadership in the development of clinical trials and related documents • Works closely and effectively with cross-functional teams • Mentors and assists in the development of project team members • Participates in PM department initiatives, process improvement and training programs • Provides strategy and input in business development proposals and attends bid defenses

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor Degree required • Master's Degree preferred • 5-7+ years' professional experience in clinical research, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries as a Project Manager, leading and directing other team members • Full understanding of drug development process with experience with the critical elements for success in clinical trials • Experience reviewing protocols and programs, and assess the success of a project • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and resource utilization for the clinical trial
