📋 Description
• Collaborate with practice leadership to develop and implement clinical pharmacy services • Lead clinical review processes for medication use and patient-specific practice needs • Report clinical interventions to practice leadership meetings
🎯 Requirements
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree • 4+ years of relevant experience • Active Pharmacist License in Florida preferred • Board Certified in Oncology (BCOP) preferred • Data analytic skills required • Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Teams • Strong working knowledge of community oncology practices • Excellent organizational skills • Ability to work in a self-directed environment
