📋 Description

• Provides senior‑level interim financial leadership for multiple practices or complex assignments • Partners with physicians, executive directors, and senior leadership to assess financial performance and advise on financial strategy • Establishes and drives financial goals and objectives for assigned operating units • Oversees and integrates financial activities across assigned practices • Leads the development and interpretation of management reporting and financial analyses • Ensures compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company policies • Establishes and enhances internal control frameworks and financial policies • Supports onboarding, mentoring, and transition of permanent controller leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required • Minimum of 12+ years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, controllership, FP&A, or related fields • Deep accounting and financial leadership expertise • Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior management and physician leadership • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills • Strong organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills • Advanced proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and risk assessment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
