📋 Description

• Serve as a single point of contact for sales teams and internal departments • Support Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) and contract needs for several multi-million-dollar accounts • Manage the overall GPO and contract health of assigned accounts • Drive processes with internal teams in accordance with service-level agreements and established metrics • Build and maintain relationships with Account Managers, customers, GPOs, Contract Administration, and suppliers • Communicate account health, GPO and contract connection progress, margin opportunities, and customer projects • Assess account issues, research resources, and apply appropriate solutions • Obtain supporting contract documentation from suppliers • Assist customers with resolving eligibility issues • Ensure service-level expectations are met or exceeded

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills • High level of confidence and professionalism when communicating with internal and external customers • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Strong problem-solving skills, including analyzing information, identifying root causes, and resolving complex or escalated issues • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and balance internal and external customer needs • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, formulas, and large-dataset analysis • Ability to understand the big picture and supporting details • 2+ years of experience providing customer, sales, or contract administration support • Ability to foster effective working relationships across organizational teams • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Results-oriented mindset • GPO and/or contract knowledge preferred • Salesforce experience preferred • Experience interacting with executive-level stakeholders
