📋 Description

• Design and develop comprehensive training programs for athenaIDX back office workflows • Deliver training through multiple channels, including virtual sessions and one-on-one coaching • Create and maintain training materials and job aids • Support onboarding of new hires • Partner with PMS Support and project teams to ensure training aligns with processes • Stay current on athenaIDX updates and best practices • Develop targeted training based on recurring issues • Provide post-training support to end users

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or equivalent • Typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience • Deep expertise in athenaIDX application • Strong knowledge of end-to-end revenue cycle processes • Experience designing and delivering structured training programs • Ability to translate complex workflows into clear training content • Strong analytical skills • Willingness to travel as needed for in-person training
