• Ensure documentation and reporting of all findings in assigned registry. • Submits validated, timely data to the registry as required • Utilizes clinical skills to investigate processes of patient care and treatment modalities to determine compliance with evidence based guidelines. • Records, monitors, and reports both retrospective, concurrent, and post discharge data. • Participates in improvement initiatives as assigned. • Serves as a liaison between the Hospital and other entities. • Works collaboratively with physicians and others to develop strategies to successfully anticipate and meet outcome-based quality initiatives internally and externally. • Maintain expertise with current professional registry requirements. • Coordinates clinical data for the purpose of developing data into useable, understandable, information to improve patient care and delivery, identify opportunities for improvement and obtain desired reportable and patient outcomes. • Able to manage database applications. • Provides consultation regarding data analysis and interpretation to physicians, leadership, and others. Works collaboratively to provide consistent, meaningful information to all levels of the organization, up to and including the Community Board. • Uses problem analysis skills and critical thinking to collect and analyze data, develop and write reports, letters, and materials needed to achieve desirable results as requested.
• Minimum of three to five years total related work experience. • Degrees: Associates Degree • Licenses and Certifications: Registered Nurse
