📋 Description

• Drive growth in the Healthcare Practice of McMillan Pazdan Smith, an architecture firm • Lead pursuit strategy and execution across all locations for the Healthcare practice • Develop and document win strategies, including themes, message hierarchy, differentiators, proof points, and narrative arcs across RFQs, RFPs, and interviews • Assemble and direct Healthcare pursuit teams, run strategy sessions, set schedules, assign ownership, and drive decisions • Direct graphic approaches for priority pursuits and guide designers • Lead interview preparation, including presentations, message discipline, team composition, coaching, rehearsals, and Q&A anticipation • Run win/loss debriefs and apply findings to practice strategy and positioning • Lead healthcare marketers, set priorities, balance workloads, and mentor staff • Own QA/QC for healthcare pursuit deliverables and maintain pursuit standards, playbooks, and templates • Track and report pursuit metrics, including shortlist rate, interview-to-win conversion, and win rate • Partner with practice and business development leadership on go/no-go decisions and capture planning • Analyze healthcare market trends, competitor positioning, and growth opportunities • Drive Healthcare brand strategy across sectors and markets • Maintain competitor profiles and brief practice leadership on market conditions • Keep project profiles, staff resumes, reference data, and case studies current and pursuit-ready • Collaborate with communications, project, design, and business development teams on PR, social, thought leadership, photography, awards, and client prepositioning • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, or related field • 12+ years in professional services marketing, with substantial experience in Healthcare design or construction pursuits • Demonstrated record leading winning pursuits for major health capital projects • Experience managing and developing marketing staff • Strategic thinker with a collaborative, results-oriented mindset • Strong business acumen and analytical thinking • High attention to detail, accuracy and follow through • Exceptional writing and editing; ability to construct an argument, not just assemble content • Fluency in InDesign • CRM proficiency
