MCW also supplies performance parts, custom exhausts, vehicle covering (wraps) and detailing, and helps customers find and source vehicles to match their preferences.

📋 Description

• Process PCard transactions, check requisitions, purchase orders, and standing orders • Provide administrative and clerical assistance to the financial area of the Kern National Network for Flourishing in Health • Maintain accurate financial and business transaction data and prepare reports • Prepare, record, and verify financial information • Calculate, post, and process transactions and clerical finance-related support • Work with MCW and external suppliers to resolve purchasing issues • Organize and prepare reimbursement expense reports • Research and communicate with external suppliers to support purchasing processes • Assist with ordering office supplies and materials • Complete MCW purchasing forms as assigned, including contracting, event-related forms, and non-salary cost transfers • Maintain related accounting files • Assist with special projects as needed

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma • Minimum 2 years of experience • Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis • Knowledge of economics, accounting, mathematics, administration, English language, law, government, and human resources • Skills in resource management, mathematics, problem solving, coordinating work activities, critical thinking, systems analysis, operations analysis, time management, writing, active listening, and active learning • Speech clarity, speech recognition, finger dexterity, and wrist-finger speed while operating computers • Ability to occasionally lift moderate-weight materials • Ability to stand or walk continuously • Ability to detect and translate speech or other communication • May occasionally need to distinguish colors and perceive relative distances between objects
