📋 Description

• Oversee the configuration and ongoing support of assigned Workday Finance modules. • Manage enhancement intake, backlog tracking, and prioritization in coordination with stakeholders and the Platform Manager. • Support Workday Feature Release reviews, assess impacts, and coordinate implementation activities. • Serve as a primary point of contact for Finance stakeholders, including managing escalations and issue resolution. • Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to a team of Finance Architects, Configurators, and Analysts. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize changes and enhancements based on business needs. • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) execution. • Monitor case management processes and ensure timely resolution of system issues, including high-impact items. • Ensure adherence to governance, standards, and best practices in system configuration and support.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Required Education: Bachelor’s degree • Minimum Required Experience: 6+ years of progressive experience working with Workday platforms, including significant hands-on expertise in at least two of the following: FDM, Grants, Projects, Procurement • 3+ years of leadership or team lead experience • Familiarity with integrations and finance-related system architecture • Experience supporting system implementations, enhancements, or deployments.
