⢠Accurately and efficiently handle incoming and outgoing materials. ⢠Use the D365 MRP system to process shipping and receiving transactions and maintain accurate inventory records. ⢠Prepare shipping documents, including packing slips, shipping labels, picking lists, and Bills of Lading. ⢠Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, truck drivers, supervisors, and internal departments regarding pickups, deliveries, shipment status, and schedules. ⢠Package and label products according to company specifications and verify outgoing shipment accuracy. ⢠Locate, print, sort, and distribute picking lists to product assemblers. ⢠Investigate and resolve receiving discrepancies, damaged shipments, and inventory variances. ⢠Receive, inspect, unload, unpack, record, track, and route incoming materials. ⢠Maintain organized shipping records and clean, organized shipping and receiving areas. ⢠Follow company safety, quality, shipping, receiving, and PPE procedures. ⢠Assist supervisors and managers in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. ⢠Communicate via radio throughout the day to facilitate smooth operations. ⢠Adjust forms and documents as needed for last-minute load changes.
⢠High school diploma or equivalent. ⢠5+ years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, or distribution experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. ⢠Demonstrated experience processing inventory transactions in ERP systems such as D365, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms. ⢠Strong computer proficiency and transactional accuracy. ⢠Experience with freight coordination, receiving documentation, inventory control, and warehouse operations. ⢠Proven attention to detail, process discipline, and cross-functional communication. ⢠Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. ⢠Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. ⢠Good communication skills with positive attitude. ⢠Ability to operate forklift or overhead crane. ⢠Ability to meet physical requirements including standing, walking, stooping, balancing, kneeling, reaching, and sitting. ⢠Ability to wear appropriate PPE, including steel toed boots, safety glasses, hearing protection, and mask. ⢠Ability to work in heat, cold, noise, vibration, dust, fumes, and all types of weather conditions. ⢠Must be willing to work possible overtime and extended hours depending on customer and company demands. ⢠Must maintain a drug-free workplace and may be subject to substance abuse testing.
