📋 Description

• Serve as designated California Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) during the licensing and pre-operational phase • Review and approve licensing-related submissions as needed • Participate in occasional compliance or Board-related discussions • Provide pharmacist oversight and guidance during the California onboarding process • Review, provide professional oversight, and approve/sign Board documentation, operational policies, and regulatory responses where appropriate • Potentially transition into a larger operational leadership role as California operations launch and expand

🎯 Requirements

• Active unrestricted California Pharmacist License • Strong communication and organizational skills • Prior PIC, sterile compounding, or multi-state pharmacy experience preferred • Professional, responsive, and compliance-oriented mindset • Resume/CV and California pharmacist license information required for consideration
