📋 Description

• Serve as the designated Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) • Fulfill responsibilities associated with the PIC appointment • Review and approve licensing submissions, renewals, and regulatory documentation • Work with the pharmacy operations and compliance team to support ongoing compliance • Participate in occasional Board-related discussions • Respond to compliance matters • Provide professional guidance • Identify issues requiring follow-up or corrective action • Support established, active multi-state sterile compounding operations • Review and approve documentation, policies, and regulatory responses prepared by the internal team
