📋 Description

• Receive in-depth training • Join one of four teams calling on behalf of assigned MDS clients • Call for 4–8 different clients during an 8-hour day using predictive dialing equipment • Complete approximately 16–24 calls per hour, with 20–30 seconds between calls on average • Communicate positively, engagingly, and enthusiastically with donors and prospective donors using client-approved scripts • Secure financial gifts on behalf of clients • Maintain minimum fundraising and productivity metrics

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year or more of successful outbound telemarketing experience, or a strong general employment record with long-term stability • Dedicated wired internet connection • Quiet place to work at home free from normal household interruptions • Basic computer skills • Commitment and enthusiasm for charitable and non-profit causes • Willingness to learn • Persistence • Respect for the company's Christian values; sharing these beliefs is not required
