📋 Description

• Provide reflective supervision to home visitors and parent educators at least twice monthly • Support reflective practice and trauma-informed care across the program • Collaborate with the Home Visiting Director to develop supervision schedules, goals, and reflective learning activities • Guide staff in developing positive family outcomes and goals based on assessments and curricula • Promote safe and nurturing relationships between young children and caregivers • Monitor documentation quality and compliance with CYFD and ECECD standards • Maintain family and staff confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, case consultations, and trainings • Support continuous quality improvement and professional development initiatives • Supervise multiple home visitors and parent educators serving 15–28 families • Maintain accurate records and timely documentation in data management systems • Document reflective supervision sessions and submit them to the Home Visiting Director • Ensure family-related data and outcomes are entered in CYFD databases • Support staff in maintaining current and compliant family files • Assist with onboarding and training new home visiting staff • Develop and maintain a professional development plan • Participate in file audits and program reviews to ensure compliance and service quality • Operate within local, state, and federal regulations and MECA policies and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Early Childhood Development, or related field (required) • Active New Mexico license (LMHC, LPCC, LMSW, LCSW, or LMFT required) • Infant Mental Health Endorsement preferred or must obtain within 2 years of hire • Proficient organizational and record-keeping skills • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Windows and data management systems • Effective oral and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration abilities • Ability to train and mentor staff with professionalism and cultural sensitivity • High level of confidentiality and professionalism • Completion of required Home Visiting and reflective supervision trainings
