📋 Description

• Load Managed Care contracts into the Contract Management system • Perform regular analysis and validation of expected reimbursement outputs from the Contract Management system • Prepare and review Managed Care models, including forecasting, data analytics, and system-integrity accuracy • Provide detailed contract feedback on antiquated terms and potential revenue leakage for internal and external clients • Learn application functionality and grow industry knowledge • Perform other duties as requested • Use, protect, and disclose patients’ protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with HIPAA standards • Follow Information Security and HIPAA policies and procedures • Limit PHI access to the minimum necessary for assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • Minimum 3 years work experience including healthcare financial analysis and Managed Care contracts/Contract Management • Experience interpreting Managed Care contracts, both governmental and private • Revenue cycle management experience required • Highly numerical aptitude with excellent analytical skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment • Excellent presentation skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel knowledge and ability to distill large files into executive summaries • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate well at all levels of the organization • Strong problem-solving and creative skills, with ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses • High level of integrity and dependability, with a strong sense of urgency and results-oriented approach • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required • Must possess a smartphone or electronic device capable of downloading applications for multifactor authentication and security purposes • Must be able to follow directions, collaborate with others, and handle stress • Must be able to perform the stated physical demands, including moving around the work area, sitting, manual tasks, operating computers and office equipment, extending arms, kneeling, talking, and hearing • Must understand and comply with Information Security and HIPAA policies and procedures • Must limit viewing of PHI to the absolute minimum necessary to perform assigned duties
