• Log complaints into SAP Complaint system • Issue call tags and notifications for complaint resolution • Ensure complaints are closed properly • Follow up on issued call tags • Maintain compliance with regulations and procedures
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word • Ability to process relevant details and draw clear conclusions • Preferred: Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers
