📋 Description

• Review contracts, agreements, and supporting documentation • Communicate with attorneys, law firms, and business professionals regarding outstanding balances • Assist with collections efforts for legitimate, documented services that have been completed • Draft professional correspondence and demand letters • Negotiate resolutions and payment arrangements • Learn practical strategies related to contract enforcement and legal risk management • Work closely with experienced professionals on real-world matters

🎯 Requirements

• Current law students (1L, 2L, or 3L) • Recent law school graduates awaiting bar admission • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Professional demeanor and attention to detail • Comfortable communicating with attorneys and business professionals • Self-motivated and results-oriented • Interest in contracts, business law, litigation, collections, or negotiation
