📋 Description

• Complete a structured training program building clinical, technical, and procedural expertise in cardiac electrophysiology • Support physicians, clinical staff, and hospital teams during advanced cardiac mapping and ablation procedures • Provide technical, educational, and clinical support for Medtronic's Cardiac Ablation Solutions portfolio, including the Affera Mapping and Navigation System • Partner with Clinical Specialists, Mapping Specialists, and Sales teams on customer training, technology adoption, and patient care initiatives • Work directly with healthcare providers in hospital and electrophysiology lab environments • Travel regularly to multiple customer accounts throughout the assigned geographic territory • Support innovative mapping and navigation technologies for patients and providers • Develop expertise in clinical education, technical support, and customer partnership

🎯 Requirements

• Working toward a bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related discipline, with anticipated graduation in Winter 2026 or Spring 2027 • Currently authorized to work in the United States • Must not require employment sponsorship now or in the future • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation • Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA preferred • Ability and willingness to travel within the assigned territory and work in hospital and clinical environments, including observation of live medical procedures • Experience in healthcare, clinical, research, customer service, patient-facing, or other relationship-based environments preferred • Leadership experience through student organizations, athletics, employment, volunteer activities, research, or academic projects preferred • Experience presenting technical, scientific, academic, or project-related findings to groups or stakeholders preferred • Experience working on team-based projects with defined deliverables and deadlines preferred • Exposure to healthcare, medical devices, human physiology, biomedical engineering, life sciences, or patient care settings preferred • Environmental exposure to infectious disease and radiation • Must be within the assigned territory each day to be available as unscheduled needs arise • Must occasionally travel outside the assigned territory, potentially overnight • Must be able to drive approximately 25–50% of the time within the assigned territory and may require overnight travel • Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy required; driving record will be reviewed • Ability to move freely throughout the facility and use a phone, keyboard, and mouse • Visually able to interact with personal computers • Must be able to stand, sit, and walk for 8 hours a day • For baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, degree must satisfy 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) requirements
