📋 Description

• Provide detailed technical support for Superficial Venous Interventions products and procedures • Support sales representatives with customer product training and critical-case coverage • Train physicians, nurses, technicians, surgeons, interventional radiologists, and other customers on Closure System and VenaSeal products • Provide training on superficial venous ultrasound, Closure System, Closure Fast, RFS, RFG2, VenaSeal, and supporting supplies • Conduct ultrasound and product in-services, mock cases, case coverage, and field employee training • Provide case support to drive business • Educate customers on products and associated procedures • Work with physicians and lab/office staff on case selection • Investigate site customer complaints, develop solutions, prepare reports, and make management recommendations • Support territory sales strategy through sales partnership, in-servicing, market development, inventory support, purchase-order collection, and technical case support • Provide technical case coverage flexibly • Educate and support CVG sales and clinical counterparts on peripheral products and share best practices • Participate in company-sponsored training and educational offerings • Build and maintain technical knowledge and skills • Provide Research and Development feedback on product performance and potential improvements • Develop site-specific sales strategies with Sales for venous vascular products in established U.S. accounts • Assist in developing tools and tactics to improve sales strategy effectiveness • Support hospitals, surgery centers, and physician offices as necessary • Keep manager informed of schedule or workload changes • Adhere to financial, regulatory, and quality compliance requirements

🎯 Requirements

• High School Degree and 9+ years of experience OR Associate degree and 5+ years of experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience • Ultrasound and/or venous experience • Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology, medical procedures, and the medical device industry • Excellent customer service skills • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills • Computer PC literate • Expertise with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships across organizational levels • Strong project management skills and experience coordinating programs • Ability to coordinate numerous tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines • Ability to use computers and CT reconstruction programming • Ability to travel extensively by car and plane • Valid driver’s license for state of residency and active vehicle insurance policy • Ability to wear a lead apron for long periods of time • Ability to work in Cath Labs or ORs with radiation exposure • Ability to travel by car or plane with overnight stays up to 50–75% of the time • Ability to conduct company business outside typical Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule • Must have a valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance policy; driving record will be reviewed • Ability to wear all required personal protective equipment • Ability to work in hospitals, surgical centers, and physician offices • For baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, degree must satisfy 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at hire and throughout employment unless eligible for Principal-level sponsorship
