📋 Description

• Provide detailed technical support for Superficial Venous Interventions products and procedures • Train physicians, nurses, technicians, sales representatives, and other audiences on Closure System and VenaSeal products • Provide ultrasound in-services, product in-services, mock cases, case coverage, and field employee training • Support sales representatives with customer product training and critical case coverage • Train and educate customers on products and associated procedures • Work with physicians and lab/office staff on case selection • Investigate and resolve site customer complaints, prepare reports, and make recommendations to management • Support territory sales strategy through sales partnership, in-servicing, market development, inventory support, PO collection, and technical case support • Educate and support CVG sales and clinical counterparts on peripheral products • Participate in company-sponsored training and educational offerings • Provide product performance feedback and improvement suggestions to Research and Development • Develop site-specific sales strategies with the Sales team for established U.S. accounts • Assist in developing tools and tactics to improve sales strategy effectiveness • Support hospitals, surgery centers, and physician offices as necessary • Keep the manager informed of schedule and workload changes • Adhere to financial, regulatory, quality, and compliance standards

🎯 Requirements

• High School Degree and 9+ years of experience, or Associate degree and 5+ years, or Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years • Ultrasound and/or venous experience preferred • Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology, medical procedures, and the medical device industry • Excellent customer service skills • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills • Computer proficiency and expertise with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships across organizational levels • Strong project management skills and experience coordinating programs • Ability to coordinate and participate in numerous tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines • Strong work ethic • Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) or Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) certification helpful but not mandatory • Ability to lift 20 pounds • Ability to use computers and CT reconstruction programming • Ability to travel extensively by car and plane • Valid driver’s license for state of residency and active vehicle insurance policy • Ability to wear a lead apron for long periods of time • Ability to work in cath labs or operating rooms with radiation exposure • Ability to travel with overnight stays up to 50–75% of the time, depending on geography • Ability to work outside typical Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. hours • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment • Ability to work in hospitals, surgical centers, and physician offices • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required at hire and throughout employment for roles below Principal level
