📋 Description

• Serve as a subject matter expert for customer contracting and payment processes, guiding internal stakeholders and resolving complex or escalated issues • Lead or support process improvement initiatives for contracting and payment workflows • Develop and implement standard operating procedures, job aids, and best practices • Partner with Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Marketing to align activities with regulatory requirements, Sunshine Act reporting, and internal policies • Conduct quality reviews and trend analysis to identify risks, recurring issues, and operational improvement opportunities • Support system enhancements, testing, and implementation activities for contract and payment management platforms • Provide training, onboarding, and ongoing support to team members and business partners • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and metrics for workload, turnaround times, compliance, and operational performance • Facilitate cross-functional alignment and standardize practices across business units • Lead or support large-scale projects, process transitions, system implementations, and operational transformations • Identify operational risks and compliance considerations and recommend mitigation strategies • Liaise between shared services and business stakeholders to ensure communication and issue resolution • Receive and process requests to create contract records and payments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience • Experience working with non-sales contracts or in a contract-related capacity • Experience with contract management, payment processing, or shared services operations in a large, matrixed organization • Experience leading cross-functional projects or process improvement initiatives • Experience with healthcare compliance requirements, including the U.S. Sunshine Act, global transparency reporting, or HCP engagement policies • Familiarity with enterprise workflow or project management tools such as Workfront, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or similar platforms • Experience supporting or participating in system implementations, enhancements, or UAT • Advanced data analysis and reporting skills, including Excel/Power BI or similar tools • Knowledge of invoicing, accruals, and vendor payment workflows in systems such as SAP • Experience developing SOPs, job aids, or training materials • Familiarity with audit support, compliance monitoring, or internal controls in a regulated industry • Ability to mentor or provide functional guidance • Experience with U.S. and international HCP contracting requirements • For baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required at hire and throughout employment for roles below Principal level; this Principal-level role is eligible for U.S. sponsorship
