📋 Description

• Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and all CAS products • Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on technical matters relating to CAS products and related procedures • Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures • Develop and cultivate customer relationships resulting in incremental business • Partner with Account Managers, Regional Managers, and Area Directors to identify potential sales opportunities • Collaborate with the local sales team to conduct customer training for mapping and other Cardiac Ablation Solutions products • Collaborate and communicate with regional sales and clinical teams • Represent Medtronic CAS products, service, and support to physicians and support staff • Serve as a regional champion by sharing experience and influencing others to become proficient in mapping technology • Drive to multiple accounts throughout the region and remain available for unscheduled needs • Occasionally travel outside the assigned territory, potentially overnight

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma PLUS a minimum of 10 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation OR Associate degree PLUS a minimum of 8 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation OR Bachelor degree plus a minimum of 6 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation • B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or technical discipline with minimum of four years work experience in cardiac field, hospital/clinic or sales • Proven track record with technical training assignments • Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, in a hospital/clinic or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support • Environmental exposure to infectious disease and radiation • Must reside within the assigned territory • Must be able to drive approximately 25-50% of the time within assigned territory and may require overnight travel • Must have a valid driver's license • Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy; driving record will be reviewed • Ability to freely move throughout the facility, use a phone, keyboard and mouse, and visually interact with personal computers • Must be able to stand/sit/walk for 8 hours a day • For baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required • Principal-level U.S. work authorization sponsorship may be offered; roles below Principal level require unrestricted U.S. work authorization at hire and throughout employment
