• Provide field-based technical, procedural, and clinical support for Neuromodulation and Pelvic Health clinical studies • Support implant procedures, device programming, follow-up visits, troubleshooting, and study-related patient support • Partner with physicians, investigators, research coordinators, and site personnel on protocol compliance, enrollment, patient follow-up, and data collection • Serve as a technical resource across Clinical Research, Engineering, Research and Technology, Medical Affairs, and field teams • Support study planning, activation, and site initiation activities • Review clinical investigational plans, workflows, training materials, technical documentation, and site support strategies • Deliver education and training on device functionality, therapy delivery, programming, procedural workflows, and study requirements • Document field observations, technical issues, study execution challenges, and customer feedback • Communicate trends and recommendations to stakeholders • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify study risks, remove execution barriers, and improve operational effectiveness • Mentor and provide technical guidance to clinical and field-based colleagues
• High School Diploma or GED and 10+ years; OR Associate Degree and 8+ years; OR Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of clinical, technical, field service, medical device, healthcare, procedural support, or related experience • Experience supporting device-based clinical, technical, procedural, or customer-facing activities, including physician education, device programming, troubleshooting, procedural support, or patient support • Ability to work effectively in clinical environments while supporting multiple stakeholders and study priorities • Ability to travel approximately 70% to 75% of the time, including overnight travel by air and automobile, across the United States • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required • Principal-level U.S. work authorization sponsorship policy applies; roles below Principal level require unrestricted U.S. work authorization at hire and throughout employment • Preferred: Experience supporting clinical research, investigational device studies, feasibility studies, pivotal trials, or post-market clinical programs • Preferred: Experience with Neuromodulation and/or Pelvic Health therapies, including Deep Brain Stimulation, Spinal Cord Stimulation, Targeted Drug Delivery, Sacral Neuromodulation, or Tibial Neuromodulation • Preferred: Procedural, operating room, interventional, or implant support experience • Preferred: Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice, clinical trial conduct, protocol compliance, study documentation, data quality standards, and regulated medical device environments • Preferred: Experience training, mentoring, coaching, or providing technical leadership
