• Collaborates with key stakeholders to coordinate, develop and execute clinical strategies to achieve business objectives • Drive execution of key CAS initiatives to achieve Group, OU and Regional level goals • Maximize regional personnel performance by managing, developing and motivating clinical support employees • Lead all regional clinical support related activities and programs to optimize resources • Partners with sales team to drive key clinical support initiatives • Work with regional leadership to align resources based on business priorities • Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to direct reports • Understands national, regional and territory sales objectives • Represents Medtronic CAS during ablation procedures to provide clinical guidance
• Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of relevant experience or advanced degree with 3 years of relevant experience • Experience within Electrophysiology (sales, clinical, etc.) • Management experience (sales, clinical, training, etc.) • Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy • In addition, your driving record will be reviewed and will be considered as part of your application. • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
