📋 Description

• Provide technical, clinical, educational, and sales support for safe adoption and growth of the Medtronic CoreValve System and future catheter-based therapies • Support TAVR and TAVI procedures, including valve preparation and deployment • Ensure adherence to trial protocols, instructions for use, and best practices • Educate physicians, hospital staff, and Medtronic partners • Conduct in-services and communicate clinical evidence • Support territory business plans, sales objectives, and growth initiatives • Deliver clinical and technical leadership for case planning, procedural support, CT reconstruction, measurement analysis, imaging modalities, and hemodynamic monitoring • Maintain knowledge of TAVR technology, clinical data, competitive products, and industry trends • Partner with therapy consultants, managers, and cross-functional teams • Build relationships with physicians, administrators, and healthcare teams • Resolve customer issues and maintain high service levels in assigned accounts • Manage inventory support, vendor credentialing, product complaint reporting, quality initiatives, and onboarding and mentoring of new team members

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 8+ years OR associate’s degree and 6+ years OR Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of relevant experience in sales, clinical, or related roles within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences • Candidates must reside within the assigned territory • Ability to travel to multiple customer accounts throughout the region up to 80% of the time • Valid driver's license and active insurance required • Driving record must meet company standards • Ability to work outside normal business hours • Experience with wires, balloons, catheters, and stents • Understanding of cardiac and vascular anatomy, physiology, and pathology • Experience communicating product market advantages to physicians and hospital administration • Experience teaching and educating medical personnel, peers, and technical support personnel • Imaging interpretation experience with TTE/TEE, CT, or angiograms • Ability to use computers and CT reconstruction software • Ability to work independently and lift up to 20 pounds • Ability to work safely around radiation, bloodborne pathogens, and infectious diseases while wearing required PPE and lead aprons • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment • For baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
