• Deliver structured, role-based training on Benchmark workflows • Facilitate virtual instructor-led training sessions • Collaborate with training leadership to develop curriculum • Support system readiness activities • Analyze assessment results and user feedback • Maintain and update training documentation • Participate in client project meetings
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience • Experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) • Proven experience delivering virtual training • Strong communication and facilitation skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
