📋 Description

• Lead planning and onsite execution of creative and complex corporate events, including general sessions, product launches, and multi-day conferences • Own production plans end to end, including scope, timeline, budget, creative deliverables, and cue-by-cue run of show • Partner with internal teams to align event objectives with client goals • Drive innovation through practical event solutions, budget and timeline management, pitches, and site visits • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, including Fortune 1000 executives • Lead information flow and guide clients through their event journey • Source and manage expert vendors and ensure creative deliverables meet brand standards • Manage multi-million-dollar event budgets • Build technical runs of show, manage speaker rehearsals, and resolve logistics • Serve as primary onsite contact and decision-maker • Lead crew coordination, technical rehearsals, and executive coaching for presenters • Learn company services, event offerings, customer-service practices, and core tools • Build client and internal relationships supporting client retention • Create client processes and identify efficiency improvements • Support or lead large-scale events or event series, including run-of-show development and rehearsals • Manage accounts autonomously and own onsite production for general sessions • Demonstrate problem-solving and contingency planning • Complete a project improving team efficiency and effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of event industry experience, including 3–5 years producing large-scale corporate conferences and high-profile programs • Proven ability to build cue-by-cue technical runs of show and lead rehearsals, stage management, and onsite execution • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics and build trusted partnerships with Fortune 1000 executives, client teams, and vendors • Experience scoping and tracking billable hours, sourcing and negotiating with vendors, and managing large event budgets transparently • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, create clear order and process, and stay steady under pressure • Detail-oriented multitasking ability, accountability to deadlines, and ability to juggle multiple overlapping projects • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated kindness, commitment, and humility • Show-calling experience is nice to have • Experience integrating AI into events, concepting entertainment, planning agendas and sessions, and designing interactive attendee engagement is nice to have • Experience scripting and directing speechwriters, graphic designers, video editors, and other creatively technical roles is nice to have
