📋 Description

• Define the architecture • Lead technical decisions through implementation • Build systems that can be reasoned about and understood deeply enough to know what's working, what isn't, and what to do about it • Shape what gets built, how it fits together, and where AI creates genuine value • Stay current with the field to identify new AI capabilities and fit them to real problems • Move from research papers to working prototypes in days • Apply AI to problems deterministic software cannot solve • Reason about systems that resist specification and develop approaches that model them, learn from them, and produce truthful results • Zoom out to the whole system and back into the pull request

🎯 Requirements

• Seven or more years of progressive software development or architecture experience • Fluency in generative AI • Supply chain, transportation, or logistics background preferred
