• Proactively prospect and hunt for new business across target industrial accounts • Directly manage high-value and strategic territorial accounts • Build relationships with key customer stakeholders at all levels • Develop account and territory plans aligned with customer initiatives and company objectives • Represent the full company portfolio to all commercial & industrial customers • Partner with Regional Business Unit (RBU) Leads and internal stakeholders • Use CRM to track key performance indicators • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline for forecasting and provide monthly reporting
• BA/BS Graduate - Engineering or Business preferred • 3-5 years’ proven sales experience • Demonstrated experience of penetrating and growing accounts from entry level to executive level • Technical aptitude and confidence in learning technical equipment • Strong Communication skills for complex products & processes • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of test instruments/applications used in the electric power industry a plus • Proficiency with a CRM platform, Excel, Word, and Outlook
