📋 Description

• Provide individual and family therapy to clients diagnosed with severe mental illnesses, behavioral, mental, emotional, and substance use problems • Provide crisis interventions and consult with the clinical team • Assess and evaluate risks for higher-level-of-care placements • Manage progress notes and document session content and interventions • Identify and diagnose psychological, emotional, or behavioral issues and monitor client progress • Conduct mental health evaluations in the local emergency department and complete required documentation within 24 hours • Conduct interviews, crisis assessments, and enhanced clinical assessments • Develop and implement treatment plans, safety plans, and therapeutic processes • Educate clients through psychoeducation and adaptive coping skills • Support clients in defining goals and action plans for personal, social, educational, and vocational development • Consult with psychiatric services, CCSS, CareLink, and other departments • Provide group therapy as needed • Manage caseloads and treatment compliance • Generate criminal justice documentation and open access letters • Maintain competency through conferences, webinars, and trainings

🎯 Requirements

• Part time, hourly • Saturdays, 9 am - 6 pm required • Must be licensed in the State of NM as an LMHC, LPCC, LMSW, LCSW or LMFT • Bilingual-Spanish Speaking Strongly Encouraged to Apply • Regular and consistent attendance for the assigned work schedule is essential • Must maintain HIPPA and client confidentiality at all times
