📋 Description

• Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients; no cold calling, as leads come to the firm • Close sales of legal services with confidence, compassion, and a focus on value • Guide prospective clients through intake and service options • Follow up with warm leads and track client engagement using CRM tools • Support the transition of clients from intake to legal services • Communicate with potential clients, referral partners, and the legal team • Help families affected by substance use disorders, mental illness, and recovery setbacks access legal tools and services

🎯 Requirements

• Proven success in sales; do not apply without a proven track record in Sales • Ability to sell high-dollar services by focusing on value and life transformation • Professional polish with grit and drive • Comfort using Windows, CRM tools, Zoom, Clio Grow/Manage, etc. • Willingness to handle calls outside standard business hours, including Friday 4:30pm calls • Team-player mindset • Ability to hold space for emotional conversations and close deals • Emotional resilience • Legal experience is not required; training on the law will be provided • Candidates must be in the Hawaii time zone
