📋 Description

• Manage and execute digital experiences and technologies supporting Mercer Advisors’ growth • Design and own digital experiences, technology, processes, and partner integrations • Provide organizational vision, leadership, and strategy for processes and products • Handle day-to-day product administration, data quality, and user support • Establish long-term product vision and manage roadmap enhancements, system architecture, custom development, data integration, and release management • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and prioritize technology, process, and experience initiatives • Support cross-functional squads and co-own OKRs • Document business processes, internal processes, and KPI measurements • Build and continuously refine the product roadmap with business stakeholders • Define and document functional and technical requirements, specifications, workflows, and reporting outputs • Gather input from internal and external users to identify process gaps and opportunities • Organize technical projects end-to-end and prioritize actionable steps • Manage integration activities from prioritization and planning through execution • Develop repeatable processes that accelerate execution and ensure timely release communications • Perform other duties assigned by the manager

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Product, Technology, or Business Administration • At least five years’ experience in Product and Technology • Experience in managing simultaneous complex projects from inception to successful completion • Experience with building, managing & maintaining API, SQL & Apex • Experience with Agile project management framework • Professional office environment; working inside; assigned to a workstation • Product Management Certifications preferred
