📋 Description

• Complete and narrate real 3D production and video editing tasks on a Mac • Create high-quality training data for advanced AI models • Work through real 3D and video production workflows to benchmark and improve AI models • Explain creative decisions during work • Complete a brief paid assessment during onboarding • Work on projects that train and enhance frontier AI systems • Collaborate with leading researchers

🎯 Requirements

• Must own a MacBook or Mac with an Apple M-series chip or Intel processor • Must run macOS 15 or higher • Proficiency in Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or After Effects • Experience with modeling, texturing, animation, editing, color grading, or motion graphics • Currently pursuing or recently completed Master's studies in film, animation, or digital media, or have 2–3 years of relevant experience plus a Bachelor's degree from a prestigious institution • Ability to clearly explain creative decisions while working • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates • Resume submission, AI interviewer conversation, and application assessment required
