📋 Description

• Complete and narrate real 3D production and video editing tasks on a Mac • Create high-quality training data for advanced AI models • Work through real 3D and video production workflows • Explain creative decisions while working • Submit a resume and complete a 3-minute AI interviewer conversation • Complete a brief paid assessment • Collaborate with leading researchers on projects training and enhancing AI systems

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional or freelance experience in 3D art or video editing, or currently enrolled postgraduate student in film, animation, or digital media • Must own a MacBook or Mac with an Apple M-series chip or Intel processor, running macOS 15 or higher • Proficiency in Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or After Effects • Experience with modeling, texturing, animation, editing, color grading, or motion graphics • Currently pursuing or recently completed Master's studies, or 2–3 years of relevant experience plus a Bachelor's degree from a prestigious institution • Ability to clearly explain creative decisions while working • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Must be able to work as an independent contractor • H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported
