📋 Description

• Complete and narrate real 3D and video editing tasks on a personal Mac • Create high-quality training data for advanced AI models • Work through real 3D and video production workflows • Support a research project with a leading AI lab • Help benchmark and improve cutting-edge AI models • Submit a resume and complete a 3-minute AI interviewer conversation • Complete a brief paid assessment • Work on projects that may be extended, shortened, or concluded early based on needs and performance

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional or freelance experience in 3D art or video editing, or currently enrolled postgrad student in film, animation, or digital media • Own a MacBook or Mac with an Apple M-series chip or Intel processor, running macOS 15 or higher • Applicants without a Mac cannot be considered • Proficiency in Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or After Effects • Experience with modeling, texturing, animation, editing, color grading, or motion graphics • Currently pursuing or recently completed Masters studies, or 2–3 years of relevant experience plus a Bachelors from a prestigious institution • Ability to clearly explain creative decisions while working • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Must be able to work as an independent contractor • H-1B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported
