📋 Description

• Author original free-response engineering problems grounded in real industry scenarios • Write complete expert-level solutions for each problem • Validate problem difficulty by running problems against three frontier language models until at least one fails • Contribute to a benchmark of challenging CAD and mechanical design reasoning questions • Work on projects training and enhancing AI systems • Collaborate with leading researchers

🎯 Requirements

• PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Industrial Design • 5+ years of hands-on professional/industry experience in production design roles • Experience owning designs through GD&T, tolerance stacks, DFM, and drawing release • Production design ownership experience required; pure analysis/simulation roles without design ownership do not qualify • CSWP/CSWE certification is a plus • Candidates from well-known or blue-chip employers preferred • Must not require H1-B or STEM OPT support
