📋 Description

• Lead clinical data generation workflows • Own and manage multiple clinical data workflows • Ensure every artifact reconciles across the protocol, datasets, TLFs, and narratives • Validate synthetic data rooms for realism, internal consistency, and traceability • Design prompts, golden outputs, and rubrics to evaluate AI agents • Collaborate with leading researchers on projects training and enhancing AI systems • Work as an independent contractor on projects that may be extended, shortened, or concluded early

🎯 Requirements

• Location: US, Canada, or France • 5+ years of experience required; 10–25 years preferred • No degree requirement; experience is the gate for this role • Availability of 20–25 hours/week minimum; 30+ hours strongly preferred • Must have held managerial oversight of entire clinical data rooms • Hands-on CDISC and SDTM conformance experience • Experience with EDC build through database lock • Ability to enforce cross-file consistency across raw data, TLFs, and folded metrics • Must be legally authorized to work without H1-B or STEM OPT support
