📋 Description

• Complete self-contained corporate tax exercises from mock files and produce deliverables graded against a rubric • Build quarterly and annual income tax provisions under ASC 740, including current and deferred calculations and rate reconciliation • Prepare federal, state apportionment, and international tax returns and supporting workpapers • Forecast cash taxes by jurisdiction • Produce technical computations and studies covering GILTI, FDII, BEAT, Pillar Two, Section 163(j), and net operating losses and tax attributes • Build transfer pricing master file and local file documentation • Review intercompany agreements and policies • Perform transaction tax diligence, exposure and attribute analysis, structuring memos, and documented tax positions including FIN 48 reserves • Complete an ASC 740 provision assessment, transfer pricing benchmarking memo, and deal tax structuring recommendation

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in corporate income tax, in-house or Big 4 • Depth in at least one area: provision and compliance; international and transfer pricing; or M&A tax • Experience with tax equity and HLBV modeling • Corporate income tax focus; individual return preparation, payroll tax, and sales-tax-only backgrounds are out of scope • CPA, JD or LLM in Taxation, EA, and CTA are nice to have
