📋 Description

• Design realistic drug research and development problems for frontier AI model evaluation • Create prompts, data rooms, and grading documents for each task • Identify hidden basins and forcing chains leading to defensible conclusions • Assemble source-grounded data rooms from real data • Ensure decisive values trace to real sources • Write grading documents that assess submitted memos on substance • Run verification and calibration before submission • Revise work in response to reviewer feedback • Serve as final authority on scientific and difficulty questions for assigned tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Working expertise in mechanistic enzymology, structure-guided peptide or antibody design, fragment-based discovery, or structure-based medicinal chemistry • PhD or equivalent industry track record • Ability to pose rigorous, defensible research problems that strong solvers cannot shortcut • Ability to judge reasoning quality, not just final answers • Commitment of at least 20 hours per week, up to 40 hours • Comfortable working in a browser-based studio and Claude Code • Claude Max subscription required • Independent contractor status • Must not require H1-B or STEM OPT support
