📋 Description

• Design realistic drug research and development problems for frontier AI model evaluation • Create prompts, data rooms, and grading documents for each task • Identify hidden basins and forcing chains that make conclusions inevitable • Assemble data rooms using real, source-grounded data • Ensure every decisive value traces to a real source • Write grading documents that evaluate submitted memos on substance rather than style or method • Run verification and calibration before submission • Revise work when reviewers request changes • Serve as final authority on scientific and difficulty questions for assigned tasks • Work on projects training and enhancing AI systems

🎯 Requirements

• Working expertise in mechanistic enzymology, structure-guided peptide or antibody design, fragment-based discovery, or structure-based medicinal chemistry • PhD or equivalent industry track record • Ability to formulate realistic research problems with rigorously defensible answers • Ability to judge reasoning quality, not just final answers • Commitment to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, up to 40 • Comfortable working in a browser-based studio and Claude Code • Claude Max subscription required • Independent contractor status • H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported
