📋 Description

• Design realistic drug research and development problems for frontier AI model evaluation • Identify hidden basins and forcing chains leading to defensible conclusions • Assemble source-grounded data rooms from real data • Create prompts, data rooms, and grading documents for each task • Develop grading documents that evaluate submitted memos on substance • Run verification and calibration before submission • Revise tasks when reviewers request changes • Serve as final authority on scientific and difficulty questions

🎯 Requirements

• Working expertise in mechanistic enzymology, structure-guided peptide or antibody design, fragment-based discovery, or structure-based medicinal chemistry • PhD or equivalent industry track record • Ability to pose realistic research problems and defend conclusions rigorously • Ability to evaluate reasoning quality, not just final answers • Commitment of at least 20 hours per week, up to 40 • Comfortable working with browser-based studio and Claude Code • Required Claude Max subscription • Must be able to work as an independent contractor • H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported
