📋 Description

• Design realistic research problems for frontier AI models in drug research and development • Identify the hidden basin and forcing chain that make one conclusion inevitable • Assemble a source-grounded data room from real data, ensuring every decisive value traces to a real source • Write grading documents that evaluate submitted memos on substance rather than style or method • Run verification and calibration before submission • Revise tasks when reviewers request changes • Serve as final authority on scientific and difficulty questions for assigned tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Working expertise in mechanistic enzymology, structure-guided peptide or antibody design, fragment-based discovery, or structure-based medicinal chemistry • PhD or equivalent industry track record • Ability to pose rigorous, defensible research problems that cannot be shortcut by pattern matching or lookup • Comfortable judging reasoning quality, not just final answers • Commitment of at least 20 hours per week, up to 40 hours • Must use a browser-based studio plus Claude Code • Claude Max subscription required • Unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates
