📋 Description

• Design realistic drug research and development problems for frontier AI model evaluation • Create prompts, data rooms, and grading documents for each task • Identify the hidden basin and forcing chain that make one conclusion inevitable • Assemble data rooms from real, source-grounded evidence • Ensure every decisive value traces to a real source • Write grading documents that evaluate submitted memos on substance rather than style or method • Run verification and calibration before submission • Revise work when reviewers request changes • Serve as final authority on scientific and difficulty questions for assigned tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Working expertise in mechanistic enzymology, structure-guided peptide or antibody design, fragment-based discovery, or structure-based medicinal chemistry • PhD or equivalent industry track record • Ability to pose research problems whose answers can be defended rigorously and cannot be easily shortcut • Ability to judge reasoning quality, not just final answers • Commitment of at least 20 hours per week, up to 40 hours • Comfortable working in a browser-based studio and Claude Code • Claude Max subscription required • Must be an independent contractor • H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported
